Vibrant Digital Photograph Printing With MASTERPIX

Corning, the world’s leading innovators in materials science, has introduced its MASTERPIX service in India. Through this service, customers can now get their photos printed on a sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass which comes in six different sizes starting from 4×6 inches.

You are probably familiar with Corning® Gorilla® Glass, as it is used on many new cell phones to help prevent damage. In fact, Corning’s Gorilla Glass has been used as the cover glass on over 4.5 billion devices around the globe. Now this thin glass is used to make very tough, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean and durable glass prints.

MASTERPIX prints photos on thin, durable Gorilla Glass using UV-cured inks to create vibrant, colourful glass prints that are most importantly scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and easy to clean. MASTERPIX was well received when it launched in the U.S. in 2014 and has been recognized by an industry expert for its archival quality prints.

“We are excited to launch MASTERPIX in India,” said Amit Bansal, president, Corning India.  “Consumers in the region can now have stunning photographs that will last more than a lifetime printed on optically clear, stain-resistant Gorilla Glass.”

MASTERPIX adds value to consumers, wedding planners, photographers, high-end printers, art curators, architects and interior designers.  MASTERPIX prints can be given as gifts for weddings, retirements and graduations.  They can also be used as business cards.

“Gorilla Glass was initially used as a cover glass to help protect electronic devices,” said Pradeepak Malvai, commercial director, New Emerging Business, Corning India. “Now we use it to preserve your most cherished photographs. MASTERPIX is another example of Corning pursuing a new market for an existing product.”

MASTERPIX fine glass prints can be displayed in a table top stand, mounted to a wall, or placed in a standard picture frame.  MASTERPIX prints come in six different sizes ranging from 4 inches by 6 inches to 55 inches by 48 inches, and two glass finishes – glossy and matte.  For more information, please visit the MASTERPIX website at, or email

The Stand is available in Bamboo as well alongside with the standard one as seen here.

In fact I am considering gifting these beautiful glass prints to my clients for the upcoming wedding season as they are quite reasonable and long lasting. Hire me! Hahaha.
